Who Dares Wins

Lessons of Growth from Everyday Heroes

What is it?

A series of local hero stories that provide shining examples, and tangible lessons, of what’s possible when you dare to dream.

Milestones

Listen

Listen & talk with the subject to learn more about their uniqueness, complexity, and why. Find out what lesson they want to share or represent if pre-determined.

1 Hour

Production

Aaron follow’s the subject around for 2 hours. Do a 30 minute interview.

3 Hours

Pre-Production

Storyboard the most impactful story we hope to share and how we can best accomplish that. Develop keywords that will guide the project. Schedule the shoot date.

1 - 2 Hours

Post-Production

Aaron assembles a basic timeline based on pre-production notes. Once a basic outline is complete the rough draft will be sent to Carson to revise. Once all revisions are made Aaron makes additional changes as well as finishing the color and sound. A 3-5 minute film is delivered.

8 Hours

Other Stuff

Marketing

Obviously we want to have the most impact on people as possible. Here are some additional services: Clips for Social, copy for a longer form post, and YouTube Optimization.

Ownership

You will have perpetual ownership to use as you please; internet, socials, internal, socials, film, advertising, TV etc.

Spice it Up

  • Photo’s of the Subject (125)

  • Lookbook (?)

  • Promotional Tools (250)

Other Ideas

Do a photoshoot of the person while I’m producing, create a look book for the front of your office, have an art show at the end of a year honoring the different people, use the footage from these different subjects to create an end of the year reel thanking all your clients

Meta Tasks

If you decide to move forward we need to schedule our subjects in advance.

Tone It Down

  • Shorter 2 Minute Video (-500)

Cost

The cost would be $1,750 per episode.

An idea if you want to lower it a bit. How about
a more formal mentor session once a month.

Let me know what you think, or if you would like to
move forward or talk about it more.
